Summary of Job Description :
Developing and implementing business plans for the voice and data revenue and costs.
Maximizing penetration and revenue of the business segment under your responsibility
Design a competitive roadmap in Fiber, Wimax and other last mile solutions compliant with corporate strategy.
P&L results of the segment or business unit.
Deliver customer friendly, high quality, and cost effective implementation of data initiatives
Validating of research plan, participates at innovation proposal process. Preparation of a product/process improvement brief
Validating test results, brand consistency and training plan
Defining and validating creative brief; and developing internal and external communication strategy (including communication bulletin and launch event)
Guaranteeing all communication media are executed for internal and external communication rollout.

Minimum Job Requirements
University degree, preferable in business administration, marketing or engineering, Master is a must
Minimum 5 years senior marketing and managerial experience
Consumer & Market Understanding Manager
Responsible to turn consumer data and insights into actionable commercial plans. Candidates must be comfortable working in a very dynamic, creative, fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Background in strategic marketing and consumer quantitative & qualitative research methods essential.
Core tasks & responsibilities
Advising local CEO on market trends & opportunities (competitive intelligence)
Leading all Tigo consumer and market understanding research (quantitative and qualitative)
Leading costumer data analytics initiatives (segmentation and predictive analytics)
Conducting brand tracking and financial analysis
Creating regular briefing for new product or services development
Collaborating to core growth and new growth projects
Providing the inputs needed to build product/service feasibility study such as market segment, size of market, potential demand, price points, etc
Desired Skills & Experience
University degree in marketing, communication, psychology, anthropology (or engineering)
Master of Business Administration a definite plus
A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading consumer research
Working knowledge of design research methods a strong plus
Experience in FMCG or Technology/Telecommunication sectors a plus
Fluency in English a must
French and/or Swahili a very strong plus
TERRITORY MANAGER -DATA
Reports to: GO TO MARKET MANAGER
Department: GO TO MARKET
Objective of the position:
Contributing to Tigo’s strategic goals by achieving DATA Yearly and Monthly targets
Continually improving the present (and future) performance of Tigo Rwanda
Creating team spirit based on the Tigo culture and Values
Summary of job description:
Contribute in the definition of the Global Strategy for Data
Managing resources to deliver the offer in alignment with data strategy
Selling the offer to consumers, including development of street dynamics
Managing the direct and indirect Data Sales Channels in all territories
Translates Data strategy into action plan in cooperation with the managers or supervisors.
Determines which resources(financial, staffing and organization) and time schedules are required to achieve objectives
Execute Dealers loyalty evaluation and prepare frontline feedback report.
Reports on business & product performance
Ensures that departmental action plan is implemented

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
4 to 5 years managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in FMCG

Coordinating delivery systems to ensure compliance of company’s sales objectives
Summary of Job Description :
Define Go to Market strategy for Tigo Cash
Managing resources to deliver the offer in alignment with Tigo Cash strategy
Plan and direct commercial and sales operations of the company
Define the distribution and operational program
Translates Tigo Cash strategy into action plan in cooperation with the managers or supervisors.
Determines which resources(financial, staffing and organization) and time schedules are required to achieve objectives
Management of Regional Account coordinators
Management of Agent KPI targetsEnsures that Tigo Cash action plan is implemented
