An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven people management, and facilities Coordination experience to join our Disaster Management Programme in Juba, South Sudan.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for overseeing the administration and line management of programme Facilities staff, Coordinating the booking of all flights, visa applications and work permits for the programme and assisting in the preparation of the Facilities function budgets and management reports.
The post holder will also have the responsibility of overseeing the maintenance and installation of office equipment, supplies and utilities and ensuring that Security and Health & Safety training is undertaken by all staff within the programme.
The successful candidate will have strong problem solving and people management skills, as well as proven experience of facilities management, budget management and previous experience of working in an administration capacity. Experience of working with relevant aspects of Health and Safety and policy development would also be an advantage.
All posts involve potential contact with children and the recruitment process will include specific checks related to child protection issues.
