Description:	IMA World Health is seeking an experienced Program Manager for an anticipated Department of Health and Human Services/CDC-funded project to provide a comprehensive continuum of HIV/AIDS care and treatment services in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Working closely with the Chief of Party (CoP) and supervising field-based program coordination staff, the Program Manager will oversee the overall implementation of activities.
Duties:	S/he will develop and maintain relationships with national, USG, technical partners, as well as other HIV/AIDS stakeholders, to ensure proper program implementation, including technical and financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting, assuring quality, impact and cost effectiveness for the successful implementation of the project.
Qualifications:	Qualifications: Master’s Level Degree in health (Doctoral and MPH preferred); MPH preferred; minimum of eight years experience working in international public health; HIV/AIDS experience—minimum of two years strongly preferred; Able to travel up to 25% of time annually; French fluency required.
