The UK division provides services to men and women over 130,000 times a year. Marie Stopes International Cambodia was established in 1998 and currently operates 7 reproductive health clinics and 3 clinical outreach services.

Key Responsibilities & Measures
Technical Assistance and Implementation
* Accurately represent and apply the best practices and methodologies of clinical technical expertise and clinical technical leadership to the project in conceptualizing, developing and administering training and service delivery improvement strategies, project, and tools
* Maintaining service delivery of safe abortion and long-term and permanent family planning. Ensuring quality of training
* Ensure the clinical accuracy of interventions by utilizing the recommendations of relevant expert technical agencies
* Quality Assurance, providing evidence of compliance with International protocols
* Evaluate interventions by developing, enhancing or reinforcing the use of existing systems for tracking training and service delivery intervention outcomes
* Demonstrated evidence of monitoring and evaluation of interventions
* Build the capacity of staff, consultants and the MOH in technical content areas and disseminate the training and service delivery improvement methodologies of technical expert agencies
* Consistent performance of staff, consultants and MOH employees. Identification of development needs
* Supply technical inputs on strategic program and event planning, design, implementation and evaluation
* Participation adds value and programme achieves improved efficiency
* Participate in selection, hiring and training of clinical and other relevant project staff
* Participation in recruitment process to ensure quality of hire
Consortium and Government Relations
* Report quarterly on project progress to the Project Steering committee
* Reports are accurate, on time and available when required by Project Steering committee
* Nurture collaborative professional networks with relevant organizations and individuals
* Evidence of productive relationships at all levels resulting in positive changes to the national landscape.
* Support best practice advocacy and evidence based policy on reproductive health related issues
* Identify, prioritise and demonstrated improvement in existing national policies and protocols in line with International standards and protocols.
* Represent MSIC at relevant professional associations, clinical networks and other relevant forums
* Attend and represent MSIC at strategic events, meetings and forums.
* Keep up to date with changes in global, MSI, and government policy and regulations regarding RH and communicate these changes and implications to MSIC clinical team
* Consistent updating and communication of practices, policies and procedures
Other Duties
* Contribute to MSIC's annual and strategic planning exercises
* Attend and actively participate in these exercises.
* Attend other MSIC meetings as required

* Undertake additional related duties as necessary
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
* Medical Doctor with extensive experience in sexual and reproductive health, especially family planning and safe abortion services
* Fluent English (Essential)
Experience:
* Clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health service provision, training and quality assurance
* Evidence of national contribution to clinical policy and protocol development
* Experience in working with international donors
* Experience in working/liaison with government officials and other relevant partners
* Human resource management and development
Skills:
* Extensive experience in clinical training, clinical quality assurance and development of clinical protocols
* Ability to develop and implement effective work plans
* Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding work load
* Strong computer literacy
