Our client is currently seeking an exploration geologist for an exploration program in Central East Africa which would probably culminate in a drilling program.

Responsibilities:

· The Exploration Geologist will be directly involved in the daily implementation of the company’s exploration strategy.

· This involvement will take the form ground geophysical and soil chemistry surveys, DD and RC drilling, core logging, data management and reporting.

· Adherence to OH&S and environmental standards and enforcing the standards will be expected.

· Demonstrate leadership in the implementation of training programmes for national staff in the fields of geology and exploration.

Requirements:

· 2 years of experience within African countries

· 2 years Uranium experience

· Experience in field exploration, project and camp management, operating independently.

· Drilling and management of drilling programs preferable
