Working closely with the owners and other heads of department, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the hotels 2 Kitchens. You must be efficient in all aspects of running 2 busy kitchens and working with the F&B Manager to successfully keep the restaurants busy and successful. You must also have all round experience of all aspects of food cost control and reporting. You must have good communication skills and be comfortable with customer liaison. Good English essential, second language an advantage but not a requirement. Good Patience as necessity, if you don’t have these attributes then the position is not for you.
