Reporting to the position: Product Manager Data
Role: Responsible for innovation, project management, acquisition, usage, penetration and revenue generation through the services: Fixed Line (PSTN), Fixed Plus (CDMA).
Key Responsibilities

1.1 Innovation & Solution deployment :

- Plans and deploys various stand alone and combined Data Solutions encompassing all revenue channels including, Data, SMS etc
- Ensuring all product innovations are easy to understand and hence easily adopted by the consumer
- Consistent development and improvement of strategically sound, actionable and targeted marketing business plans that contribute to building Individual, SOHO, SME, and Corporate targets and identification of untapped business opportunities
- Alerts client to new or improved products/services within the individual segments
- Adherence and/or implementation of processes and tools necessary to deliver stretch forecasted revenue targets
- Documented and updated processes current to three months
- In conjunction with the Devices Manager ensure that the devices are relevant to the targeted services. Benchmark with the Industry.

- Achieve revenue targets
- Achievement of set Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually or Annual Marketing targets in:
- Account/Subscriber acquisition/connections
- Usage & Retention

1.3 Financial Management & Reporting:

- Ensure internal collaboration, team work development and implementation of key management routines within the team
- Ensuring appropriate feedback is given to enhance business understanding and monitor performance
- Accurate and timely reporting on budget expenditure on a monthly basis
- Participate in regular review of data revenue, generation status, identifying deviations from forecast and implementing measures to rectify/adjust spend relative to forecast, sectional marketing & sales strategy and the marketing strategies of our customers/partners.

- Create and implement marketing & go to market strategy for Orange and those of our customers
- Documented and approved strategies for marketing products resulting in revenue
- Enhance product strategy through the development of new and innovative products/services for individual and wholesale customers
- Develop strategies for significantly increasing revenues from the product range through the greater use of existing products and the take up of new products.

- Build high-level relationships with Enterprise and Residential clients in order to increase Orange market share
- Ensure that both our customers and our internal departments meet the legal and regulatory requirements of a diverse and highly complex market through liaison with all relevant parties
- Work with Principles within the market to advise them of future trends within product development and manage expectation to ensure that they are up to speed on appropriate technology platforms to match future demands.
Education Background & Experience:

- Bachelors Degree or an advanced Diploma in a Business related field;
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- 2 to 4 years hands on experience in Marketing Management and Excellent knowledge of Data product management with specific focus on Data charging systems.
Professional Knowledge:
- significant skills in project management and co-ordination.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies.
- Business knowledge particularly cash flows & financial justifications.
- Experience in vendor management, vendor selection and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Computer packages (e.g. MS Office…)
