BRAC is one of the world's leading development organizations, dedicated to alleviating
poverty and empowering the poor. BRAC Microfinance, critical component of BRAC's
holistic development model, currently serves 18 regions with 120 Branch offices in
Tanzania. We are looking for some motivated individuals with following criterion:

Management Trainees:
Management trainees are' recruited in BRAC Microfinance Programme with the objective to
develop potentials for mid-level management in operations. On the successful completion of
one field assignment they will be responsible for managing financial portfolio through three
tiers of teams and will represent BRAC Microfinance at the regional level to coordinate with
stakeholders from internal functions, government organizations and other microfinance.

Skills and other requirements:
Candidates must be a Bachelor in any discipline (Finance Preferred) from any. recognized
university with minimum GPA. 3.5. Experience should be minimum one year in NGO/ INGO
financial institution is preferred and age should be maximum 30 years.

Job location:
Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in Tanzania
