Job Description

Motivated and experienced Regional Supervisors required immediately throughout Tanzania. The Regional Supervisors will be responsible the management of their teams in the respective regions as well as various other roles and responsibilities. This will be a full time position that is expected to begin in the beginning of December 2015.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Regional Management of Teams

- Driving Targets and Outcomes

- Regional Implementation and Management

- Daily Operations

- Quality Control and Assessment

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Requirements:

- Advanced Secondary School Qualification

- University or college diploma or degree (Preferred)

- Previous field based operational experience

• Previous Experience:

- Field marketing and sales

- Managing large teams

- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office, Powerpoint)

- Good analytical skills (Database management and vetting)

- Strong field based operational experience
