> THE ROLE

As a senior member of the operating team, you will lead the company in designing the last mile distribution model for our operations across regions and countries. You will be instrumental in the iteration of our business across East Africa. As Head of Last Mile Distribution, you will lead the team that will conquer the challenging intricacies of mass distribution across rural and urban environments to deliver life-changing products into the homes of the worlds hardest-to-reach customers, and get back to those customers to provide ongoing service. Your team, will:
