1. JOB TITLE: GOVERNMENT RELATIONS ANALYST (Dar es salaam)
The Government Relations Analyst will lead our government relations work in Dar Es Salaam, grow the scope of our government relations at the regional level, and manage a local government team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• National relationship management: Maintain existing government and policy relationships, making new contacts at the national level, and assessing future sectors of importance to One Acre Fund
• Regulatory compliance: Own relationships with key regulators to ensure One Acre Fund is compliant with all relevant licenses and permits in order to conduct its work.
• Local government relationships: Manage the work of our local government officers to maintain positive relationships at district and regional levels.
• Country-level and regional policy agenda research: Conduct research to support the creation of a well-informed policy agenda for our organisation in Tanzania and East Africa.

• Experience working in the public sector / with government officials.

The Human Resource Director will be in charge of overseeing key Human Resources processes and systems at One Acre Fund. They will be responsible for managing, growing and developing the One Acre Fund Human Resources team to meet current and future HR needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and improve integral Human Resources policies, processes and systems with a heavy focus on ensuring quality and fairness.
• Manage a quickly growing Human Resources team.
• Create and manage the One Acre Fund Tanzania Policy and Procedure guide.
• Run monthly Payroll to a quickly growing TZ team with 140+ employees, including loan processes.

3. JOB TITLE: PROGRAM OFFICER, MONITORING & EVALUATION (Iringa)
The M&E Program Officer will work closely with M&E leadership on design, planning, execution and analysis of surveys. These surveys will range from assessing core program impact to strategic inquiry for future program growth. You will be responsible for working with an existent field-facing department, coordinating their activities with the larger M&E goals of One Acre Fund Tanzania and One Acre Fund globally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with M&E Leadership to design surveys for field execution, preparing analysis plans and creating training materials for field staff
• Oversee execution of surveys in the field, coordinating logistics with the M&E Field Director
• Ensure field projects have intensive data quality protocols in place, analyzing incoming data weekly for data quality
• Initial analysis and presentation of data for review with M&E leadership in Excel and other statistical analysis programs
Additional Qualifications Required:
• University Graduate (Relevant Degree Preferred: Sciences)
• 2-5 years practical experience working on data collection in a rural setting, writing surveys for field data collection.
• Advanced MS Office user (incl. Excel)

The Product Innovations Program Officer will work closely with Innovations Leadership to develop, test and analyze a portfolio of agriculture and non-agriculture products with the goal of improving the livelihoods of farmers in Tanzania. You will also be responsible for managing the staff associated with trials, ranging from project managers to field staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with Innovations leadership to develop and manage a project pipeline with a range of high-impact agriculture and non-agricultural products
• Management of several simultaneous product trials, including trial design, staff management, departmental co-ordination, trial execution, results analysis
• Mentorship and performance management for key Department staff
Additional Qualifications Required:
• University graduate (mandatory), graduate degree in sciences preferred
• 3+ years relevant and practical experience working rurally in product development/market research/data collection.
• Proven ability to teach/mentor others. Excellent ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

• In depth analysis of monthly actuals vs. budget including providing reconciliation of variances.
• Analyze and clearly communicate any trends affecting our budget needs.
• Consult with department managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made if necessary.
• Perform any other cost-benefit analyses on a per need basis.
• Implement new and better strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data.
Additional Qualifications Required:
