Senior Movement Of Product Operator (2015-003):
The role of this position is to ensure that various depot related physical activities are carried out effectively, efficiently and safely as per instructions from the Operations Manager by ensuring that the assets, equipment and surroundings of the depot are maintained and petroleum products are safely and effectively received, stored, transferred, blended and delivered while minimizing product losses and adhering to set standards, procedures, HSSE requirements and relevant legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To be accountable for the direction of continuous, reliable, efficient, economical and safe operation of the extensive tank farm.
To manage file human resource that is under your charge and ensure each and every operator is behaving ethically as per the "Golden Rules" and the company regulations and directives.
To direct the activities which include, but are not limited to, the receipt, storage, internal transfer and delivery of a wide range of petroleum products.
To oversee the operational activity over a wide range of storage tanks, pumps, transfer multi-product pipelines and all associated valves and other machinery and equipment.
To train the operators on the proper operation of equipment and machineries in such a way as to ensure conformity to product quality and quantity during receiving, transfers and delivery of stocks in a correct, safe and efficient manner.
Ensuring that inspection of the tank farm is continuously made for _any non-compliance, near miss or accidents that should be reported and to follow the corrective action with maintenance.
Control the correct operation of the API separator and ensure that effluent disposal is taken under control.
Ensure the preventive maintenance of machines and equipment is understood by operators and adhered to correctly and keep all the records.

Minimum Requirements:·
Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or relevant Engineering
Qualification.
Experience in a tank-farm operation would be a an added advantage
Physical fitness.
Fully conversant with at least Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fluent written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
Knowledge and Experience required
A Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Chemical. -
Minimum 5 years' experience in the related field with 3 years of experience in supervisory level
Maintenance Supervisor (2015-002)
The role of this position is to manage maintenance activities ensuring company assets, equipment and installations are maintained along standards defined by the oil industry (API) and the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Define the overall asset, material and equipment maintenance planning and propose jointly such plan to
Operation Manager and Managing Director
Responsible and accountable for implementing the approved plan and operate the associated actions accordingly
Manage maintenance contracts and assess the performance
Responsible for preparation of maintenance budget (OPEX) for the related and fully accountable for the execution of the budget.
Responsible for the provision of key performance indicators (KPI) associated to maintenance activities including statistics related to assets availability, down- time, elapsed repair time etc.
Responsible and accountable for good housekeeping, safety and security of products and allocated areas.
Fully in charge of the implementation of any applicable HSE standards related to this activities i.e. including working permits, contractor management, Etc.
Manage the maintenance staff of 6 employees and a large team of permanent contractor. Assess regularly their performance and provide appropriate trainings.
Identify opportunity to improve efficiency and reduce down time.
Comply with API standards, HSSE procedures including work permit
Prepare the maintenance manual, policy and procedures and ensure the deployment
Assess and mitigate risk
Experience and Requirements:
FTC - Full Technician Certificate (mechanical)
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor; 2 years' experience in oil industry is an added advantage
Communication skills and fluency' in both English and
Kiswahili
Computer literate, knowledge of MS word, excel, MS project, and conversant with maintenance software is an asset
Knowledge on pumps types and application, repairs and troubleshooting, installation and critical spare parts management.
Basic HSSE knowledge will be added advantage
Procurement Officer
This position plans procurement strategies and execute by facilitating communication between user departments and providers to ensure provision of best value goods and services, always adhering to company policy and procurement procedures and maintaining transparency throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
The Procurement Officer shall be responsible for managing all the procurement activities and inventory in the company and perform the following activities relating to procurement:
Providing support to the function of Tender Committee and Implementing decisions of the Tender Committee;
Planning the procurement and disposal by the tender activities of the through requests obtained
Recommending procurement and disposal in accordance with the Procurement Methodology to the
Tender Committee;
Reviewing specification requirements and preparing
Tender Documents and advertisements of the tenders;
In collaboration with the Legal Unit, prepare 'the contract documents;
Maintain and archive all procurement documents and taking care of all the inventories procured;
Maintain a register of all the contracts awarded relating to procurement activities;
Preparing regular reports for Management on procurements, disposition with their costs and also provide status on all outstanding requests with their reasons;
Conducting quarterly review on prices and product's quality and monitor- the supply market trend
Administering and " managing ,suppliers/vendors, ensuring that they observe the contract terms and conditions and advise Management on any deviation to the Contract terms and renditions for further action;
Coordinate the Supplier/ contractor quality assessment, identify sub-standard and communicate to internal stakeholders;
Supervise the stock room and ensure a full compliance with policy and procedures;
Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and
Codification of newly Asset of the company
Conducting stock taking before the year end audit.
Experience and Requirements:
Relevant degree in Business Administration
National Board Certification as a Certified Public
Purchasing Officer
Any other business related discipline
Minimum 7 years' experience in Business or Public-
Administration or Procurement

HSSEQ Manager (2015-004)
