HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER II- 1 POST
Required Qualifications
Holder of a University Degree in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Human Resource Management or Law plus Internship or completion of Law School.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collects, analyses, tabulates and maintains workforce records and statistics.
• Oversees the day to day smooth running of the Registry and Typing pool.
• Prepared and manages Staff Performance Appraisal Forms.
• Assist in dealing with general disciplinary matters for junior staff.
• Supervises office attendants, Secretaries and registry workforce.
• Assist in dealing with personnel services as may be assigned by the respective Head of Department eg compilation of personal particulars for new employees.
• Allocates Human Resources, and communicates conditions of service to staff.
• Assists in collecting, analyzing and presenting manpower statistics.
• Assists in conducting periodic surveys to determine the prospective manpower demands and supply situation with respect to situations requiring the largest investment of time and money
• Assist in dealing with staff welfare matters such as sport and games, canteen, burial services and any other welfare matters required by members of staff.
• Assists in conducting staff performance appraisal.
• Assists in the provision of administrative services.
• Performs any other duties assigned from time to time by one’s reporting Officer.
