Job Title: Centre channel Manager (CCM).

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure that all Centres uphold the highest Clinical Standards and Client Care. Managing Centres sustainably as a social enterprise; Ensure that all centres are sustainable.
2. Provide Centre Team Leadership and Development:
3. Ensure that relevant systems/policies are In place and are adhered to:
4. Regularly collaborate with key stakeholders;
5. Represent Marie Stopes Uganda in relevant external relations forums:
* The purpose of the Centre Channel Manager (CCM) role is to lead these over 14 centres to sustainability, while maintaining the philosophy of affordable high quality services.
* The CCM will be required to have a high level of business skill as the Business Manager and leader of all these centres, ensuring that they practice modern business practices that enhance productivity and sustainability. The CCM will be required to analyse and introduce a relevant service mix, initiate performance based incentives for team members, maintain a highly motivated team, ensure a high level of client satisfaction and ultimately fully sustainable Marie Stopes Centres.
* The CCM will ensure that all the activities relating to the Centres are well managed in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures. Business Model, contractual targets and budgets. The key deliverable will be to ensure that all Centres are fully sustainable and adhere to MSI Medical Development Team guidelines, are well supervised, monitored and have proper documentation.
* The CCM will be required to have a robust understanding of business management and is expected to ensure that all the centre teams get engrained in the same mindset and are able to demonstrate it. He/she is expected to have excellent skill in transforming businesses in record time.
* The CCM will report into the Operations Director and sit on MSU’s Senior Operations Team and the Medical Advisory Team. The CCM will lead, inspire and transform Centres into sustainable ventures
Requirement:
Skills and Experience Qualifications:
* University Degree (a business related Degree is an added advantage).
* Courses relating to business management, customer care, service Marketing, general Management.
* Knowledge and experience in the health Sector is an added advantage.
* Fluent English both oral and written.

* Excellent oral and writing abilities.
* Ability to work in deadline driven/results orientated atmospheres
