Business System Analyst

• Be part of our Business Support teamto support the requirements of IT for the Assurance team.
• Testing the applications within the firm
• Running the IT side of the implementationand upgrade processof applications
• Monitoring applications performance
• Troubleshooting and fixing
• Communicating with the Regional and Global IT teams.
• Helpdesk support in relation to Assurance tools
• Providing IT support during the technology related Assurance trainings
• Presenting technology issues in Assurance team meetings.

The successful candidate will be required to have the following demonstrable skills and competencies

• A university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2years experience in an information systems or Helpdesk support role in a wide area network (WAN) environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
• Microsoft MCITP/MCPD certification.
• Understanding of supported systems and evolving technology.
