Job Purpose:
To Lead, develop and control a client portfolio of corporate accounts and individual postpaid accounts and service their needs as well as manage, develop and coordinate the Corporate Segment.
Key Result Area
1. Develop customer retention programs for key account customers
2. Liaise with marketing department on offers for corporate segment
3. Conduct market analysis
4. Provide direction for the management of the relationship between Airtel and Its key customers
5. Review periodic and regular reports on key account customers for decision making
6. Update on market information and developments and suggest ideas for improving performance
7. Define the market potential and prioritize key areas

You have
• A university degree in Business Administration or any related field
• 3 years experience inside and outside sales and/or sales and marketing with customer Interaction
• Able to operate in a performance driven organization
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly react to the changes
• Self motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
• Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and in writing with a proficiency In English
• Attention to detail
Confident and assertive
