Monitoring and Evaluation Expert Consultant
- Holder of a University degree in Planning of health-related Development projects, Public Health, Health Economy, Statistics, Demography and Social Sciences
- A PhD or strong background in medicine would be a significant advantage
- Several years of successful experience in the planning, implementation, management and assessment of monitoring and evaluation systems (Monitoring and Evaluation plan, databases, etc.) in particular in the health sector
- Experience in program management and supervision of humanitarian or development projects in the health sector
- Good knowledge of health systems in sub-Saharan Africa
- Strong working experience or collaboration with international NGOs, Donors such as USAID, Global Fund, European Union, and public administration, etc
- Familiarity with research and scientific data collection methods as well as with data analysis tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database programs (Epi-Info, SPSS, CsPro, MS Project, Access, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French – in particular for professional reports
- Strong sense of team spirit and professional integrity
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic working environment, and to actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.
Finance Professional Consultants
- Holder of an advanced University degree in Finance, Audit, Management, Business, Economics, Public Administration or similar field
- At least four years' solid experience in project auditing and/or financial and accounting management of development projects (in particular in the health sector), preferably with experience of leading/supervising a team
- Extensive knowledge and experience of international NGOs, public administration and Donors such as USAID, Global Fund, European Union
- Ability to grasp, analyze and summarize large amounts of information, and to draw up recommendations Working experience as an auditor and expertise in monitoring and evaluating programs would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of English and French: demonstrable ability to communicate fluently and write professional reports in both languages
- Strong sense of team spirit and professional integrity
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment, and to actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.
