The major shareholders of the bank include Tanzania Teachers; Union(TTU), Teacher’s Development Company Limited (TDCL), PublicService Pension Fund (PSPF) and the National Insurance Fund (NHIF).MCB is now seeking to recruit the following vacant positions:-
