Egis International in the framework of coming tenders in Eastern African countries for Preparation of Conceptual Design, Bidding Documents, Support in Procurement of Civil Works and Monitoring Supervision for reconstruction of Roads and Bridges under OPRC contracts, is seeking Road Engineers which should demonstrate previous Experience in Output Performance based road contracts (OPRC) using Design Build and Transfer methodology (DBT).
ROAD ENGINEER
· A registered professional engineer, with a minimum of 10 years post registration experience, with a minimum of a BSc academic degree or equivalent and experienced with use and application of computerized roads planning and operational management systems.
· A minimum of 15 years’ experience on road planning, traffic survey, design (including pavement design), preparation and supervision of road construction and maintenance operations.
· Recent experience in preparation and supervision of OPRC contracts especially in developing countries is an advantage.
· Previous experience in developing countries, preferably in Africa
· Fluency in written spoken English
