Qualifications and Skills:

College or University degree in computer engineerin

g or computer science or relevant

discipline.

•

 

Minimum

5 years’

professional experience in hardware installation,

software installation,

LAN installation, Operating Systems, Networking and

Databases.

•

 

Minimum 2 years managing an ICT team.

•

 

Experience in training end-users to use standard co

mputer applications (like MS Word, MS

Power Point, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project)

•

 

Relevant professional experience in developing coun

tries

•

 

Experience in working in an international team.

•

 

Well-developed skills in training, coaching and pre

sentation

•

 

Well-developed organisation skills

•

 

Proven Commitment

•

 

A strong desire to achieve

•

 

Problem Solving Skills

•

 

Kiswahili as a mother tongue; good oral and writing

skills in English

•

 

Understanding of the special conditions in Zanzibar
