Position Description:

Singida urban water and sanitation authority is a public firm with responsibilities to supply sustainable, adequate, clean and safe water to the people of Singida town as well as safe disposable of waste water at right time and price. The authority’s mission is to be one of the leading water supply and sanitation Authority operating as autonomous and in commercial terms. In order to efficiently carry out this mission and therefore achieve its objectives. SUWASA is looking for suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill vacant position at its headquarters. The authority is inviting applications from interested candidates who meet the required qualifications

Reporting to:Commercial Manager

Qualifications

A holder of degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Mass Communication from a recognized training institution with 3 years working experience from a reputable organization in a similar field.

Duties and Responsibilities

Making follow- ups on customer complaints and ensuring that proper and timely remedial action is taken to provide the required service

Creating and maintaining all the time the good image of authority

Collection of all kinds of customers’ data and preparation of specific customers’ data required for specific analysis and actions

Making sure that all identified vulnerable people are provided with free water service

Performing any other duty as may be assigned by Commercial Manager

Age Limit:Not above 45 years

Remuneration:Salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates as per SUWASA’ssalary structure and incentive package

Terms:Permanent and Pensionable
