Responsibilities:
Manage and procure in-kind support for all grants
Determine the most reasonable, fair, and expeditious procurement alternative for each grant
Liaise with local, regional, and international vendors and service providers to procure commodities and services
Inspect/accept goods, verify services, and monitor the use of goods and services
Maintain the program's commodity management system and supervise contractor procurement specialists
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum two years of procurement experience
Knowledge of U.S. federal agency and/or international donor procurement procedures highly desired
Demonstrated ability to solve difficult procurement problems and issues
Familiarity with commodity management tracking systems
Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
Fluency in English required
