Marketing Communication &Business Development Manager
Key dutiesand responsibilities include:
- Implementation of in -country marketing , communication and business development initiatives.
- Organisation and execution of internal and external marketing values
- Work with the various industry groups within the firm to profile service offerings and and identify Business Development opportunities.
- Ensure delivery on all client initiatives by the firm and respective client facing teams
- Champion brand compliance and roll out brand initiatives for the firm internally and externally
- Execute strategies to ensure brand adherence mainly through training and brand audits
- Responsible for on-line content on the firm's website , imparting sales skills and relationship management techniques
- Assist with relevant sales pipeline meetings and reporting on sales activities across service teams
- Facilitating communications between the client facing teams and the MCBD team so that on mutual clents there is coordinated approach - Onefirm
The successful candidate will be required to have the following demonstrable skills and competencies
- University in social sciences , marketing or in a related field from a recognised institution
- At least 5-7 years of demoinstrable experience in a Marketing and Business Development environment
- Experience /working knowledge of best practice sales methodology
- Knowledge of the local marketplace and its ket sectors
- Experience selling services and intangibles
- Contacts in the service industry in Tanzania at C-Suite preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and proactive person
- Experience working independently, as well as in a team environement
Human Capital Manager
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Recruitment planning and headcount monitoring
- Manage all Learning & Development initiatives and interface with territory human capital and relevant providers on deleivery of training programs
- Develop, implement and streamline country reward and recognition scheme
- Preparation of the department budget, provide guidance on firm staff related budgets and monitoring of human capital costs against budgets
- Foster employee engaqgement through relevant employee activities and communication
- Ensure compliance to human capital standards
- Review, develop and maintain appropriate Human Capital policies and procedures
- Ensure implementation of territory wide human capital initiatives
- Assisting senior management to concretise commitment in Human Capital activities
The succesful candidate will be required to have the following qualification and demonstrable skills, competencies and experience:
- University degree with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
- 5-7years' HR generalist exeperience preferably in a professional services firm or large corporate environment
- A strong background in recruitment, performance management, compensation and reward management
- Excellent communication , presentation and facilitation skills and experience working with HR management systems
- Demonstrable ability to influence , establish and maintain relationships, ability to lead in amulti cultural environment and to initiate and successfully manage change.
