An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven people management, and project support experience to join our Disaster Management Programme in Nertiti, Sudan.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Area Coordinator and be responsible for overseeing the management of HR, logistics and finance functions of the Nertiti site.
The post also holds specific line management responsibilities for project support staff including the Finance Officer, Logistics Officer and HR Officer. The successful post holder will also be responsible for capacity building, compliance, institutional learning, assisting with proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation; and supporting the Project Managers in donor contract management.
The successful candidate will have strong representation, analytical and problem solving skills, preferably with a strong financial background, as well as proven experience of HR and/or Logistics. Experience of team management in relief environments is essential, as well as experience operating in insecure environments.
