Job Description	Manage the delivery of user documentation to clients as per client specifications. Mentor team members as per requirements. Manage the delivery of user documentation of multiple projects as per client specifications Write and review documents (Manuals, Online Help, Training Presentations) Interact with Subject Matter Experts to understand products and get inputs Interact with clients to get feedback Innovate to enhance user documentation
Skills Required	Functional Strong communication skills – written and verba Experience in writing user documents for the Telecom domain Expertise on the following tools: FrameMaker RoboHelp Captivate Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects as per client timelines Strong team player who supports other team members Strong interpersonal skills to ensure input and reviews are received in a timely manner
Experience	Minimum : 3 years Maximum : 6 years
Qualification	Graduate or postgraduate in English MCA/BE (preferable)
