Job Description | - Project management through all phases of the customer relationship - coordinating with the customer, account manager, technical resources, and support personnel
- Key responsibility is Regional delivery management (Project Planning, Scope definition and management, Traceability management across the project life cycle, Communication plan, Drive WBS, Technical evaluation /Pre and post implementation product review, UAT coordination)
- Providing an excellent customer experience for all accounts, by anticipating and resolving customer issues in a manner that exceeds the customer expectations
- Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs
- Coordinating with technical personnel as needed to meet customer needs, while managing customer expectations to prevent overload or missed deadlines
- Analyzing SLA and KPI on a regular basis to raise issues proactively and getting them corrected
- Documenting bugs, writing up field notes, and capturing ideas and requirements that will improve our products and services
- Governance body for all projects
- Ensuring Quality product delivered according to the client expectations and product performance matrix
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines during the entire cycle of development, implementation and on an ongoing basis ensure new guidelines are incorporated in the product
