Position Description:

Qualifications and Experience

• Holders of a University Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Material

• Management (ADMM or NDMM) plus a full Certified Supplies Professional CSP (T), IPS (UK) or equivalent

• At least four (4) years experience serving as Supplies Officer in a reputable firm

Main Duties:

• In charge of either Store or Purchasing Section

• Ensures that the efficiency of stock control and levels are maintained

• Responsible for clearing and forwarding activities • Takes charge of warehouse

• Responsible for the purchasing processes or supply control of given lines of stocks

• Performs any other duties as may be assigned
