Request for Proposal for Consultancy Services of Review and Development of a Five (5) Year Strategic Plan

Background

The East African Tea Trade Association (EATTA) which was established in 1956 is the premier organization of tea producers, warehouses, brokers, packers and buyers in Africa. The Association is managed and funded by member’s contribution.

EATTA invites competent and qualified Consultants to present proposals in providing the above services. Interested Consultants should submit technical and financial proposals by providing information indicating that they are qualified to perform the required services.

The lead consultant should have the following qualification;

1. Relevant experience, expertise and qualifications in Strategic Management with minimum qualifications of Masters Degree in Strategic Management and Ten (10) years relevant experience.
2. Consultant’s profile (History, experience as a firm in the relevant field etc).
3. Certified copy of Certificate of Registration or Incorporation.
4. Copies of PIN and VAT Registrations.
5. Copy of a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
6. List of names and Cv’s of Key Personnel and evidence of their professional qualifications.
7. Similar previous experience of services carried out at least for the last 3 (three) years for large Corporate organizations or Membership institutions. References from those organizations/institutions and names of contact persons must be provided.
8. Experience in working in the tea or Agro- industry in the project areas is an advantage
