CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE (MASINDI, FORT PORTAL, MBARARA).
The purpose of the role is to achieve manage the relationship between UBL and customers in the market assigned, deliver sales volume, ensure effective distribution of our brands and execute U8L programs in the market. The CRR will also train and support the development of brand knowledge and selling skills of customer staff, contracted merchandiser and sales crews. The role holder must be presentable, articulate and a university graduate with the energy and drive to succeed In a very demanding environment.
CYCLE PLANNING AND ACTIVATION MANAGER
The purpose of role is to work closely with the brand marketing team to develop and execute below the line (BTL) strategies for EABL brands and programs. Will be responsible for driving the realization of trade and brand objectives, manage the BTL budget, and evaluate the effectiveness of the spend. The role holder designs and develops BTL promotional plans and strategies for UBL, working in close liaison with the brand team. The role holder requires at least 4- 6 years in brand management, account management, trade marketing and marketing / marketing support.

DISTRIBUTOR MANAGER
The purpose of the role is to positively influence sales of EABL brands by regular contact, networking and motivation in allocated distributor accounts. They are required to understand each element of the Distributors and EABL business plans and strategy for their implementation and develop distributor management programs plan for all distributors. The role holder requires a minimum of 4- 6 years experience as a sales manager or similar position in a consumer packaged goods environment. The successful candidate will have strong commercial skill with the ability to be an effective all-round business advisor.
CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER
This is a senior role whose purpose is to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for EABL by building and managing an effective customer marketing organization. The role holder will effectively manage the capacity & capability of sales to deliver activities and programs in the trade that will build customer engagement, grow sales volumes and market share. They will run the cross functional Business Planning process, activities & budget sufficiency, control, success rate, tracking & evaluation. The role holder needs to have a strong track record in field sales, activity execution & customer marketing with a minimum experience of 6- 8 years.
