PATH is an international, nonprofit organization that creates sustainable, culturally relevant solutions, enabling communities worldwide to break longstanding cycles of poor health. PATH's mission is to improve the health of people around the world by advancing technologies, strengthening systems, and encouraging healthy behaviors. Working within PATH's HIV & Tuberculosis Program, the Project Administrator will serve as a liaison to PATH's accounting, contracting, information systems, donor reporting, and human resources departments. The project administrator is responsible for:
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. government or other international donor contracting.
- Demonstrated financial management and budgeting skills.
- Experience in international health projects and multi-site projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven success in building effective partnerships with collaborators.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in team environment with program and technical staff.
- Excellent writing and editing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Commerce or a related field, plus a minimum of four years of experience in financial and administrative management function; or an equivalent combination of education and experienc.
