Plant Maintenance Engineer
Reporting to the Process Manager, the incumbent will lead the maintenance team to ensure optimum Plant availability, including troubleshooting and problem-solving exercises, to ensure equipment failures and downtime are reduced.
Candidates will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a Government Certificate of Competency, plus a minimum of 7 years' metallurgical plant experience and 3 years' managerial experience, in order to apply. Multi-discipline experience (mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and extensive practical
experience in maintenance management) and proficiency in conducting failure analysis and root cause investigation techniques are also essential, as is knowledge of business improvement methods (such as LEAN), as well as a basic understanding of data collection and statistical analysis techniques.

Heavy Mining Equipment Engineer

Production Mining Engineer

Here a degree in Mining Engineering and a minimum of five years' experience in open pit mining are required. Mining Superintendent
Reporting to the Mining Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to provide leadership, direction and technical expertise to the mining operations personnel to ensure optimum safe production at minimum cost within the statutory and corporate framework.

Mining Manager
Reporting to the Production Manager, the incumbent will lead the mine operations teams by providing technical, commercial and strategic management and control and ensuring budgeted results are achieved and that mining initiatives and activities are aligned with and support other departments at Bulyanhulu. The incumbent will also manage the mining operations to ensure ore is delivered to the ROM stockpile at optimum cost and in accordance with established budgets/targets and implement mine plans to ensure the optimum exploitation of the Bulyanhulu ore bodies.
Candidates must have a degree in Mining Engineering and a minimum of fifteen years' experience in underground hard rock mining with at least five years at Superintendent level. Recent experience in the gold mining industry and sound knowledge of mining safety regulations and best practice are essential.
