We have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Administrator, to work within our Facilities Management Section (FMS).
The Facilities Administrator (Safety & Sustainability) works as part of the FMS team and will be responsible for providing effective Facilities administration to support the Head of FMS, the Facilities Operations Manager and the team in the provision of efficient, high quality property and facilities services for the effective running of the Secretariat.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day general administrative support, financial administrative support, update and maintain systems, and will play an integral role in our internal environmental and health & safety processes.
To be considered, you will need Secondary qualifications to A- level or equivalent including at least 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) grade C and above, including English Language and Maths, and you will need to hold a valid Display Screen Assessor certificate. At least two years’ experience in facilities (or equivalent) administration in a medium sized organisation, and strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential
