Finance Manager
The role
To undertake the management and control of the full Financial, administration and IT Functions of Sandvik Mining and Construction (T) Limited.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded in the financial system as per accepted international standards
  • Ensure adequate control system is put in place, monitored and also adhered to
  • Provide all areas of the business with guidance from a financial perspective.
  • Provide value adding reports to business in order to support the business in decision making.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the annual budgetand quarterly forecasts
  • Monitor and predict cash flow of business.
  • Ensure optimal cash balances kept and manage any inter-group loans
  • Ensure company follows most tax efficient path regarding all transactions
  • Ensure all company taxes are paid correctly and on time
  • Ensure company is compliant to all local tax laws.
Your profile
  • Advanced financial qualification recognized by Sandvik
  • Applicable post-graduate Finance Qualification and recognised board qualification
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 5 years managing the full financial function of a medium sized organisation
