Description
Duties&responsibilities:
- Create the permanent
client base for SIB by renderinginsurance solutions and providingafter sales
services with total client’s satisfaction.
- Wealthmaximization of
the company by achieving the targetsgiven
- Create a brand
awareness of the company in Tanzania in line with SIB policy.
- Active participation
in survival&growth of the company.
- Ensuretimely and
adequateresponse to the customers for their calls.
- Organize meetings and
demoswith clients in rural areas and in Dar
- Regular visits to
insurercounterpart
- Tracking and
obtainingpoliciesfromInsurers on fortnightly basis and dispatching to the
insured.
- Preparingletter,
sales report, risk notes and corresponding documents for submission on
fortnightly basis to insurer
- Collections of
outstandingpaymentfrom the Insured
- Submission of daily
sales and dailyreceipt report to GM
- Submission of daily
cash/cheque collection to GM
- Preparation of
monthly Report and submission to GM by 7th of the followingmonth
- Preparing and
implementing sales and marketing strategy plan
- Generating revenue
throughsell of Insurancepoliciescorporate&individuals.
Positions
requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant
experiencepreferably in Tanzania or other broker dominant market
- Degree or Advanced Diploma / Certificate in
Insurance&Risk Management
- Stronganalytical and communication skills
- Good moral values and ethical traits
