 Aim of the job Responsiblefor the execution of the Tanzania Orio Project. The Project Manager is overallresponsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and to requiredstandard. The Project Manager uses Customer Engagement to achieve CustomerSatisfaction.
 
Key Areas of Responsibility Site planning + preparation Siteassessments to understand the local situation and the real customer need
TriggerSite Planning (produced by Business Center) to create a site preparationpackage to get upfront insight in room lay-out and technical specifications
Maininterface towards civil works partners 
Responsiblefor high level planning of site preparation
Monitorprogress of civil works according to plan
Escalatedeviations from plan / budget 
EnsureCustomer Acceptance (and signed handover document) for site preparation
Approvalof invoices of civil works partners according work performed
 
Order Realization Process (ORP) -Installation Projects Bethe main interface during the project towards the customer
Createproject and milestone date /planning in project management tool ( Clarity)
Ensurethat all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and availableaccording to plan
Weeklyreview installation project plan with all required stakeholders
Manageissues according escalation process
Managerisks and ensure that the project stays within budget and on-time
Organizethe execution of the actual installation and required user training
EnsureCustomer Acceptance (and signed handover document).
Escalatedeviations from plan / budget 
Ableto support full-multi modality projects including Turnkey Projects
DisplayPhilips project leadership for complex projects 
Approvalof invoices of installation partners according work performed
 
Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) Responsiblefor site planning / preparation compliance to product reference data
Responsiblefor monitoring and ensuring installation compliance to service manuals.
Responsiblefor accurate install base configurations and complete installation record
Responsiblefor monitoring compliance of third parties used for installations
Responsiblefor reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policyand follow up relevant assigned Q&R training in a timely manner

5- 8years’ experience in the following:
Experiencein equipment installation (B2B)
Experiencein handling external contractors
Experiencein Customer Negotiating
ExcellentExperience in Project Management
Experiencein working within cross functional teams
Knowledgeof site preparation and planning per modality, relevant product specificationsroom requirements (e.g. support clinical workflow)
Good Understandingof Supply Chain Processes
Fluentin English, verbal and written in addition to local language
