Main Purpose
The HR Internship role is based in Geneva and will overall support the Global HR function in the provision of a professional HR service to the global business. The role is split into 2 parts, one covering a specific project during the internship and the other involving ongoing experience of the functioning of an international HR department

Key Responsibilities
1. Project
This is designed to be both beneficial for the intern’s development and useful/required by Puma HR
• Development of benchmarking exercise across core Puma functions to review organisation against market benchmarks
• Create metrics to measure effectiveness of Puma organisation
This project will require exposure to the Puma organisation worldwide and to external organisational metrics. The objective is to use this in the organisation to improve organisational efficiency and to assist in the end of year budget review process
2. HR Administrative Support
• Manage HR content for Puma Intranet – up dating organisation charts, policies etc.
• Revision of HR policies
• Support HR team on HR statistics – demographics etc.
• HR data management via Workday HRIS
• Attend to ad hoc HR issues as required
The position will report to the Global Development Manager of Puma Energy for the project aspect and to the Global performance & rewards Manager for the HR Administrative Support element of the internship.
