KK Security Tanzania Limited seeks to recruit a suitably qualified, dynamic & experienced person for the following position.
Job Summary
The position has a leadership role with responsibility for leading and developing a strong HR team. This position reports to the Country Manager.
Purpose
Carry out all personnel related functions as well as implement all personnel policies as passed by the Management.
Managing and maintaining job evaluation process
Planning and coordinating succession and career processes Initiating and recommending HR Policies, Principles and Procedures
Managing Staff induction programs.
Recruitment of appropriate staff at various levels Managing the performance process
Identify training needs and draw up action plans to address such needs. Propose actions to the Management to improve staff motivation and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
Conversant with labor issues
Computer literate
At least five years experience in a similar position
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with no supervision.
Should have an eye for details
Good managerial skills, personality which inspires confidence in employees and permits the maintenance of effective working relationships with employees and supervisors.
Good team player with good communication skills.
