The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is one of the world’s leading humanitarian and post-conflict development agencies, supporting communities in over 40 fragile, failed and developing states. The IRC responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. The IRC is currently preparing a proposal in response to a USAID Request for Applications (RFA) entitled “PEACE III”.
