Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
• Ensure the front office, waiting area and meeting rooms are kept in clean and presentable condition at all time
• Providing administrative support to Staff and Senior Management during meetings by ensuring room bookings are done, tea/coffee and projectors are provided and the rooms are organized to accommodate the number of attendees
• Ensure all meeting rooms are equipped with all meeting requirements (projectors, flipcharts, marker pens etc)
• Control of mails, documents, invoices, receipts, delivery notes etc; making sure that they are recorded and dispatched, as well as making follow up to ensure they reach their destination
• Preparation of cost analysis for couriers (DHL & EMS), News paper (Distribution) and taxi vouchers
• Organizing Partners meetings inside and outside
