Job description
PGP at the University of Oslo invites applicants for a Researcher position in modeling of deformation and transport in complex materials with particular emphasis on a continuum approach and applications of relevance to geological processes. The position is permanent.
Requirements
To qualify for appointment as Researcher the applicant must have documented scientific work equivalent to a doctorate and adequate post-doctoral experience. Preference will be given to young applicants interested in the application of physics and computational sciences to solid Earth systems. The successful candidate is expected to enhance the quality of the Department and actively contribute to both research and teaching.
Salary
Senior Researcher (SKO 1109) Pay grade 57 - 64 (NOK 455 900 - 518 800 per year, depending on qualifications and seniority).
