For all these positions the applicant must have the following requirements;

• Bachelor degree is required qualification
• Have knowledge of auto card and arch-card
• Valid driving license
• Ten years experience in civil works, highway engineering and structural engineering skills
• Must be able to travel international depending on COVEC assignment
• Finally the candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision
