Restless Development’s International Programmes Unit is working towards an ambitious 3 year International Programmes strategy, consisting of 4 core objectives focusing on advocacy, capacity building, international volunteering and youth engagement. As part of this, Restless Development has an exciting partnership with the Staying Alive Foundation to build the organisational capacity of their youth-led grantees through a series of training workshops (focusing on Fundraising & Partnerships, Monitoring & Evaluation, Programme planning, finance and media). The Training and Capacity Building Manager will play a lead role in this partnership as well as in capturing key learnings for Restless Development’s capacity building work globally.
This role will also oversee a priority area within the International Programmes Unit – monitoring and evaluation. The International Programmes Manager will represent M&E on the Management Committee, working with the M&E Coordinator to ensure the delivery of high quality programmes and relevant tools and processes in place that capture best practice and learning for the Unit and for Restless Development globally.
