CAFOD, one of the UK’s leading international aid agencies, is looking for an Information and Systems Manager to take the lead in developing our people-based information systems.
Working within a team of HR professionals, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that we deliver excellent management information and communicate well with our staff. As we are continuously improving the efficiency of our systems, we are looking for someone who can lead the further development of our platforms and processes.
To get us where we want to be, you will be able to manage projects, visualise solutions and maximise our internal communication tools. You should be able to handle large data sets and have an outstanding ability to analyse and communicate their meaning to others.
You will play a central role in the organisation since you will be responsible for identifying trends essential in the shaping of our overall HR plans and strategies. Our overall aim is to deliver the best HR we can so that our staff can get on and make a real difference in the lives of the world’s poorest communities.
