Food & Beverage Manager

Sigona Golf Club is seeking to recruit a Food & Beverage Manager with ability to manage the Club’s Food & Beverage Operations for the benefit of members.

Reporting to the General Manager the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Food and Beverage Operations.
  • Maintenance of consistent high standards of service and food quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to set Control Systems and Procedures
  • Maintenance of high quality hygiene standards, as well as ensuring public health rules and regulations are adhered to.
  • Continuous staff training and ensuring high member satisfaction.
  • Operating the Food & Beverage department efficiently in order to realize budgeted sales turn-over and profitability.

This challenging and exciting position requires an individual with considerable food and beverage management experience with a proven track record of achievement and demonstrated leadership qualities.

Applicants should be graduates preferably with a B. Sc in Hospitality Management from a recognized university or a Diploma in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College, and with at least 5 years Food and Beverage Management experience from a 4-5 Star hospitality establishment.

An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with responsibilities of the job will be offered.
