Business Role
- Manage the demand (either process improvement and/or process automation via IT solutions) from internal customers
- Promote harmonisation of end-to-end processes .
- Manage projects sponsored by internal customers as per demand prioritisation
- Internal customers in scope: HR, Legal, Internal audit
Responsibilities
1. Manage the demand from internal customers
- Collect high level business needs, qualify and prioritize them
- Ensure that the demands from various customers is compatible with hamonisation of processes and tools
- Provide regular visibility on planned activities
2. Promote Business Process Management
- Promote BPM standards, methodology and tools.
- Provide internal customers with BPM consulting services to support them in defining end-to-end efficient processes
3. Drive project management
- Ensure a correct understanding and measurement of the ?AS-IS? situation, identification of gaps and requirements to implement (scope) - always keeping in mind the necessary standardisation and integration of processes and supporting tools ? - Coordinate project phases (including the solution delivery)
- Manage risks and stakeholders' expectations
4. Drive change management
- Define a change management program including pre-implementation and post-implementation activities
5. Resources management
- Prepare/update team resource sizing in a regular basis and provide visibility on planned activities
- Select, train, motivate, develop, set objectives, supervise and evaluate performance of resources (internal / external)
Requirements:
Education
HR/ Business/ Engineer Degree
Experience
8-10 years in a multinational company. Experience in leading process review/ transformation projects with multi-sites roll-outs
Business Understanding
Knowledge of Amadeus processes (specifically HR ones)
Specific Knowledge
Experience in Business Process Management (including methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean..); Proven ability to understand key business drivers and translate them into business requirements; Proven record in participating in implementing technology solutions; Experience in driving change to effect substancial business value improvements, Experience in delivering projects and programs, Ability to coach and develop others, Project Management certification is a plus

- PC skills: Advanced
- SAP, Siebel ? BPM tools (Aris, Pega?)
