BPP develops and trains business professionals throughout their careers. We were the first for-profit private company to be granted degree awarding powers by the Privy Council in 2007 and the only private sector company in the UK to achieve university college status in 2010.
Seamless administration is central to the smooth running of our organisation. Supporting a range of degree programmes, your role will be key to ensuring that both faculty members' and students' needs are met. You will be involved in all aspects of programme delivery, from the planning and scheduling of courses and exams, to arranging training and facilitating meetings for all levels of staff.
Significant customer service experience within an educational environment is essential. This will be matched with excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills. A positive attitude, passion for problem solving and a working knowledge of MS Office at intermediate level will also be key.
This role reports to the Head of Programmes.
