Position Title: Intern Laboratory Technologist - 4 posts:
Position Summary:
Analyses laboratory samples in order to provide results for medical practitioners to diagnose, treat and prevent diseases.
Works with lab manager and other staff to perform functions as delegated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementations of sound housekeeping procedures and work effectively with others as a member a team
• Perform diagnostic testing and reporting of test results
• Operates, maintains and calibrates the equipment used in the laboratory.
• Report incidents, including instrument failures, problem solution and read documents on the lab information system
• Handle customer complaints and resolve
EDUCATION& QUALIFICATIONS
Registration in relevant discipline with Health Laboratory Practitioners Council. Relevant Degree/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
