Entry Qualifications:
Applicant must be a Holder of B.COM (Accounting/Business Administration), ADA or its equivalent. Also must be computer literate.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining all books of accounts and allied records.
Preparing monthly trial balance and bank reconciliation statements.
Verifying debtors and creditors statements of accounts.
Preparing quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements.
Maintaining fixed assets register and preparing schedule of fixed assets for final accounts.
Ensuring that collection of and accounting for Institute funds is done appropriately and promptly.
Examining and scrutinizing all cheque payment vouchers before they are authorized by Head of Department.
Verifying assets and reconciling the same between general ledger and fixed assets register.
Reviewing periodic reports and providing appropriate input.
Preparation of budget.
Assisting in correcting and approving internal audit reports and queries.
Performing any other duties related to his/her work as assigned by his/her superior.

Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Institute’s salary scale – PGSS 10
