EngenderHealth is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified candidates for the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager position on an anticipated USAID-funded project that will build the capacity of the Government of Tanzania to support combination community-based HIV prevention programming.
Job summary
Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, M&E Manager will manage the project’s monitoring and evaluation plan, monitor country-level interventions, and oversee implementation research. S/he will lead the development and dissemination of knowledge management products. The M&E Manager has an advanced degree in health sciences, public health, demography, epidemiology, project evaluation, or related field, with at least 7 years’ experience of implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development projects. Fluent spoken and written English required and Swahili preferred. Applications from international and Tanzanian candidates considered.
