Responsible for the overall coordination of resources necessary to serve target market segments. Leads cross-functional and cross organizational teams in planning activities on large, complex projects where iterative and/or agile planning with different horizons of focus are required. Influences people and organizations, including executive management, when issues may be complex and require considerable diplomacy through authoritative thought leadership (i.e. - accumulated insights from market research) for their respective marketplace.
Empowers the sales effort by defining a sales process, supported by the requisite sales tools, enabling customers to choose the right products and options.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years experience in Reviewing segment business plans, product roadmaps, pricing plays, and release plans with regular frequency. Monitors industry trends and update the plans if necessary.
- At least 7 years experience in Developing a strategic vision for product family capitalizing on long-range market/technology trends.
- At least 7 years experience in Driving changes to sales process and product lines required to ensure product / product family success, as determined by win / loss analysis.
- At least 7 years experience in Knowledge of Business Ethics
- Certified in ITIL
- English: Fluent
